Episode #291: DCUPS!

April Fools, sucker! It’s just the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! In this first non-movie focused episode since about the beginning of February (Geez, it’s been a while…), we finally get to talk about the news again, and, boy, is there a lot of it! We three- intrepid newsie Bry-Bry, ol’ man whirlyburger Jon-Jon, and professional jerk Tazer- kick things off this week celebrating the return of James Gunn to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3’s director chair! We cover a myriad of other topics as well, diving into some GotG Vol. 3 news, the burgeoning production of both The Eternals and Black Widow (with an extended dissection of the rumor of Taskmaster joining the MCU), the return of Jonathan Hickman to Marvel Comics and other announced events, and top things off with talking about the future of them filthy mutants after the Fox-Disney merger having officially taken effect! Then, in reviews, the Warriors review Spider-Man: Life Story #1, our Book of the Week, and our ONLY review on tap in a change-up largely due to the fact that we’re all still catching up on our comics… And that’s our show for this week, folks!
