Episode #271: Happy Little Blood Rain

Hello, I'm Bry-Bry, and I'd like to welcome you to the two hundred and seventy-first episode of The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast. If this is your first time tuning in, I'd like to extend a personal invitation to you, to follow along as the Marvelous Iggy, Tazer, and I guide you through the all the news worth talking about - of course, that doesn't mean some news isn't as important as others, but we'll just call that secret news, and it'll be our little secret. Now then, we're gonna quickly run through our discussion topics today: we have a smattering of delightful topics to discuss, such as C. B. Cebulski rising to the top of Marvel Comics as Editor-in-Chief, the vividly Joy of Painting-inspired Deadpool 2 teaser trailer, the announcement of X-Men: Red featuring the vivacious Jean Grey with the talented Tom Taylor writing and Mahmud Asrar illustrating, and the unfortunate news that there likely won't be any further Marvel shows on Netflix - that bit of news makes me feel like a sad, little cloud. But its okay to feel sad sometimes, and its our world we create, and we can create any feeling we want, and so we create happy feelings in reviews this week as Tazer talks about the lovely natural setting of Hawaii whilst reviewing Marvel's The Inhumans television series, Benjamin discusses happy little animals and trickster gods while reviewing Doctor Strange #381, brought to gorgeous life by Gabriel Walta, and Bry-Bry marvels at how Thanos and the Ghost Rider make it rain such a warm, vibrant shade of crimson red blood from the heavens in Thanos #13. With that, I think we just about have a finished podcast - but before we say good-bye, we ask that you find our not-so-secret Facebook page at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, subscribe to us on iTunes to fill your life with happy, little podcast episodes, and rate us favorably and leave a kind word in review for all the joy we bring you. Join us again in two weeks when we let happy little bullets fly as we review Marvel & Netflix's (perhaps swan song series) The Punisher. Until then, thank you so much for listening, happy podcasting, and may Lady Death bless you, my friends.

Welcome, one and all, as we drive our ships to new lands in this special edition review of Thor: Ragnarok, brought to you by the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! As the Warriors gather in Asgard for what may be the last time, The Marvelous Iggy, a.k.a. Ben, leads the charge of his crew, Bry-Bry, Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon, the one known only as Tazer, and a stowaway aboard this episode: KUHAN, old friend of the podcast and connoisseur of fine audio programming himself, leaps into the fray and joins the Mighty Warriors Three on what could be their last ride! Settle in, dearly departed of Asgard, and the Warrioes discuss what went over well in this latest installment from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, what perhaps could've used a second pass, and we talk about how a film about the end can still affect the future. Episode #270: Make Comics, Not War

WAR! Huh! What is it good for? ...Well, if you're the Punisher or War Thor, it's good for quite a bit - and we discuss all those nasty little bits (and pieces) on this new episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! In the news this week, Gen. Igglestein leads his loyal troops- drummer boy Bry-Bry and conscientious objector Tazer- into the fray, down a full complement without that deserter Ol'Man Man Whirlyburger Jon. The men are in talks over the combination of IMAX and the Inhumans which went full FUBAR, we talk about that old war dog Frank Castle, the Punisher, inheriting the War Machine armor from Nick Fury in the former's new Marvel Legacy title, and the talks for a man known as Mendelsohn to take over the villainous lead role in Captain Marvel. In reviews, the Warriors put the hammer down on The Mighty Thor #700, a Legacy anniversary issue in which Tazer is upset over false advertising of SIMONSON! In individual reviews, Ben enjoys watching someone else's pain in All-New Wolverine #26, Ben laments Tazer's taste in art in Cable #150, and Bry-Bry gives a spy's goodbye, even if it's a bit underwhelming, in Nick Fury #6. With that, we start playing taps as the episode draws to a close. As we pause for a moment, dear listener, please consider liking our Facebook page at the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, subscribing to us on iTunes, and rate us favorably and perhaps consider leaving a kind word in reviews. As the war marches on, we raise our hammers once more and, in the name of SIMONSON, we charge headlong against Surtur in our review of Thor: Ragnarok, coming in 2 weeks!

Episode #269: Let's All Go to the Movies!

Hey, hey, hey, pals and gals! It's trailer time here on the latest episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, and boy have we got a spectacle for you! The Marvelous Iggy, our executive producer if you will, assembles his various auteurs to discuss the latest slew of Marvel cinema magic! Bry-Bry, the assistant (i.e. slave), Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon in catering, and Tazer, who is our "street consultant," whatever that means... The whole team dives in on the latest trailers for Hulu's RUNAWAYS, Fox's NEW MUTANTS, and Marvel Cinematic's BLACK PANTHER - it's a string of silver screen stupendousness! Meanwhile, in taking a break to review some reading material, Benny Boy tackles the mutant problem in X-Men: Blue #13, the ol' men Jon-Jon and Tazer summon their wrath to co-review Spirits of Vengeance #1, and Bry-Bry gets feral over Iron Fist #73 (Yeah, Legacy re-numbering is a bitch, ain't it?) In the time it takes you to run to the concessions stand before the production begins, you could also take the time to track down The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast on Facebook, subscribe to us on iTunes, and leave a review and a rating for us telling us what you think of the show - every bit of attention helps! And now, on with your regularly-scheduled podcast...

Episode #268: The Congress of Marvel Idiots

We now call this meeting of the congress of Marvel idiots- a.k.a. the latest episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast- to order. Presiding is our Marvelous commander-in-chief Ben, a.k.a. the Marvelous Iggy. Representing BAH-STAN is Bry-Bry, representing Okie is Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon, and representing... "Other" is Tazer. (We don't know how he keeps getting elected, we don't even know who keeps voting for him...) This week in session, the finest morons this side of Stan's soapbox discuss all the important matters on the floor of the podcast: we discuss the official trailer for Netflix's The Punisher series, we discuss the evolving role of Captain America in the new Marvel U, and we talk about the continued rumors of a return of the Richards family, rumors fueled by none other than Alex Ross. Meanwhile, in reviews, our glorious leader crosses dividing lines to review a video game: Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite. Jon filibusters with Marvel: Legacy #1, Tazer lays down the law with Thor #23, and Bry-Bry contests that the children are the future with Runaways #1. With our session winding to a close, please remember to like us on Facebook and follow us for all the latest Marvel news, subscribe to our podcast on iTunes for updated episodes (and maybe rate us favorably and leave a kind word in review), and join us again next time when we're called to order to discuss the matter of police brutality on Inhuman lives in Hawaii.

Episode #267: Odin Hammered the Phoenix Force

Great Odin's raven! It's a brand new episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! Our glorious leader the Marvelous Iggy, a.k.a. Ben, leads us to a return to strength with a full complement - resident newsie Bry-Bry, ol' man whirlyburger Jon, and Tazer all ride again in this new installment where we get a bit somber at first, taking a moment to pay our respects to Marvel and pop culture icons who've passed away since last we spoke: Bobby "the Brain" Heenan, Henry Dean Stanton, and comics legend Len Wein. As we delve into the news, it quickly becomes apparent that Ben's mind is elsewhere as we discuss Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite and the recently-announced DLC characters, we talk about the return of Wizard Magazine as an all-digital publication, and the return of Marvel Two-in-One which may lead to the return of the Richards family to Marvel Comics. Meanwhile, in reviews, Ben is feeling his righteous fury when talking about the neverending Secret Empire with the Omega issue, Tazer is just furious with Captain Marvel #8, Jon feels the time for a change has come with Generations: Thor #1, and Bryan waxes goddamn nostalgic about a charming father and daughter tale in Generations: Wolverine #1. That's our show this week, folks, and it's a true return to form! Before partaking though, please take a moment to like and follow us on The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast on Facebook, subscribe to us on iTunes for automatic updates, and rate us favorably and leave a kind word in reviews if you can! Thanks for sticking with us folks, and vaya con dios! ...Y'know, just not an eyepatch-wearing, redhead-fetishisizing god - you may get hammered. Proceed at your own risk.

Episode #266: NAZIS are bad. Don't be a NAZI.

Pretty self-explanatory title, huh? Amy way, welcome to another episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, now with instantly-appearing Warrior Tazer! Before then, though, Ben and Bry-Bry intro you to a show where, in the news, we herald the retur of David Tennant to Jessica Jones season 2, we examine the ruins of the d.o.a. Marvel TV series Inhumans and the behind-the-scenes shenanigans, and we dissect the past of Marvel as they announce that they're reprinting their classic horror lines for Halloween! Meanwhile, in reviews, Ben sings the swan song of the Ultimate Universe - or is it? - in Ultimates #100, and Bry-Bry throws down with Shang-Chi and Danny Rand in Iron Fist #6! That's our show, folks! While we instill in you the virtues of tolerance and decency, remember to find us on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, subscribe to us on iTunes, and rate us favorably and leave a kind word in reviews - no bigoted b.s. now. As we leave for another several weeks, remember to be kind to others and don't be a jerk. In 2 weeks, we delve into the heart of New York City as we review Marvel & Netflix's The Defenders!

Episode #265: That 90s Podcast

WAZZUUUUUUP??! Welcome to a totally 90s edition of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, where everything is as it was in the decade where the only questionable decisions were the hairstyles - and the shoulder pads. Oh, the shoulder pads... Come join Ben, Bry-Bry, Tazer, and Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon as they step into a time machine and zip on back to the era of Clinton (No, the other one) and Arsenio as the 90s conquer the news this week! We discuss how 90s comic icons Cable and Domino, as portrayed by Josh Brolin and Zazie Beetz, will look coming to the screen in Deadpool 2, we talk Captain Marvel, Super Skrulls, and acid-wash superhero uniforms when discussing the titular heroine's forthcoming movie and setting, we rate the new gameplay trailer for the latest iteration of Marvel vs. Capcom, and finally we discuss the Fantastic Four, and Jonathan Hickman going so far as to suggest Marvel disappeared them due to movie rights (Le Gasp!) before our own Jonathan goes off on Tom Brevoort and rest of Marvel Editorial - they get their revenge later, though, sadly... Meanwhile, in reviews this week, we're all about screwing with time and space this week as Ben delves into the latest whack development in Secret Empire #7, Tazer dissects the contrasting styles of hulking-out in Generations: Hulk, and Bry-Bry still crusades for people to give Nick Fury, Jr.'s book a fair shake in Nick Fury #5! Now, we have to go rescue Jon-Jon from whatever static hellhole he's been dropped into this week, but in the meantime don't forget to find us and like us on Facebook, subscribe to us on iTunes, and rate us favorably and leave a kind word in review. Next time, we're back with massively-oversized shoulder pads and holofoil variant covers - you won't want to miss out!

Episode #264: San Diego Swingers

Ugh... W-wha- what happened...? Last thing I remember, we were- Oh... I-It was San Diego Comic-Con last weekend, wasn't it? Yeah, yeah, it was... And we Comic-Con'd HARD. Or, at least, other people did. The Mighty Warriors Three, on the other hand, bypassed the crowds and waited for those sweet, sweet trailers to hit the Internet. However, in a reversal of how things are normally done, we saved the movie for the beginning, and the trailers for last - that's right, folks, it's a podcast double-feature as we dig in to review the latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe: Spider-Man: Homecoming, and then it's trailers, trailers, trailers as we discuss the new feature footage of Inhumans, The Defenders, X-Men: The Gifted, and Thor: Ragna-- aaaahhh, oh man, sorry, we, uh... We need new pants after that Ragnarok trailer, y'know? We bet you do, too, because that trailer was ON FIRE! So, sit back, relax, and remember to like us on Facebook, subscribe to us on iTunes and rate us favorably, and leave a kind word in reviews! Meanwhile, join is again next time for our regularly scheduled program where we'll discuss all the other Marvel comic book news - Y'know, comic books? That thing that SDCC used to be mostly about? Yeah, those.

Episode #263: Star-Spangled Banner

At-attention, true patriots! Gather 'round for our most patriot episode yet of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! The marvelous Uncle Sam of our crew, Iggy, brings together men of all races and creeds - Okie from Muskogee Jon-Jon, Resident Masshole Bry-Bry, and New York Hate Machine Tazer, and we're declaring our independence from bullshit this week! In the news this week, Iggy and company dissect Marvel's Inhumans (But not in a mad scientist way or anything, this isn't Tuskegee) first trailer, they determine just how "kid-friendly" the supposed kid-friendly reboot of the Fantastic Four will be over at Fox, and they campaign for the rights of all mutants to appear in Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, despite the devs insistence that they don't matter. #AllMarvelLivesMatter Meanwhile, in reviews, Ben comes around to Secret Empire #5 - what a twist! Jon-Jon flies high with Spectacular Spider-Man #1, and Bryan stares in wonder at the pages of Nick Fury #3, fighting for a safer America! That's our show for this week, folks! Be sure to like us on Facebook, subscribe to us on iTunes, rate us favorably and leave a kind word in reviews! Episode #262: Black Empire

After a horrible delay, The Mighty Warriors Marvel Podcast returns (sans Bryan). The self proclaimed Marvelous One aka Iggy is joined by Tazer and Jon to once again bring you their views on all this Marvel. This week in particular, the trio discusses the rumor of Empress Lilandra being the lead villain in X-Men: Dark Phoenix, The Spider-Man E3 Demo and the teaser trailer for Black Panther. It's time to hit the streets because Defenders #1 is our Book of The Week! In individual reviews Ben and Jon discuss the insanity that is Pymtron with Secret Empire #4 and Tazer gives us the state of the Marvel Universe with Secret Empire: Brave New World #1. Thank you all for listening and we'll see you all in two weeks!

Episode #261: The Unbreakable Mighty Warriors

What is this latest nonsense? Why, it's a new episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! In this week's installment, we're operating with a full house as The Marvelous Iggy, a.k.a. Ben, holds together Tazer, Bry-Bry, and Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon (through hotspotting WiFi and beyond!) as the crew gathers together this week to discuss Tom Hardy being announced as Eddie Brock in the Venom standalone movie - and why people seem to be so infatuated with a clearly inferior version of the character. They also discuss the renewal of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. for a fifth season, coming off of the high that was season 4 and set to debut in a post-Inhumans television series MCU, and the announcement of Donald Glover teaming up with FXX for a Deadpool animated series - and Bry-Bry is, surprisingly, not so hype about it. In reviews, meanwhile, Ben rants and raves not against fascism, but the artwork in Secret Empire #2, Bry-Bry had no expectations and yet was still disappointed by Secret Warriors #1, Tazer is royally disappointed with Black Bolt #1, and Jon-Jon is takin' it easy down south with Luke Cage #1! That's our show for this week, folks, and with this episode the Mighty Warriors Three begin their new no-weekly schedule. What should you do with your newfound free time between episodes? Well, you could start by tracking us down on Facebook and liking us at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, then subscribe to us on iTunes, rate us favorably, and leave a kind word in reviews before checking back in with us in 2 weeks for another all-new episode!

Iron Fist Special

WA-TAAA! Everybody was kung-fu fightin'...! Maybe. Or, maybe they were talking shady corporate dealings. It's really kind of a coin flip, as you'll soon discover. In this, the Mighty Warriors Three gather high amidst the K'un-lun Mountains to discuss the new challenger to the throne of Marvel/Netflix: Iron Fist! (Spoiler Alert: Daredevil season 1 still reigns supreme.) Bear witness to this two-on-one brawl, as Master Ben, the Marvelous Iggy, and the ronin known only as Tazer enter into combat with the karate kid Bry-Bry, as these two detractors and this one defender field their opinions of what works in the new series, what doesn't, and what deserves to have its beating heart ripped from its chest. It's probably one of the most contentious special reviews to date, and Ol' Man Whirlyburger isn't even present for it! Oh, how Bry-Bry will wish that he was, though... Don't delay! Improve your speed by finding us on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, subscribe to us on iTunes, and rate us favorably and leave a kind word in reviews before we strike next! Second spoiler alert: it'll be next week, when we go from Black Sky (How 'bout that new iteration of The Hand, eh?) to Mr. Blue Sky as we discuss Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in all its technicolor glory!

Episode #260: The Take Over, Bryan's Career is Over

...What, I'm fired and I still have to write the damn episode description? sigh FINE. Ladies and gentlemen, prepare for the Bryan-Gets-Dragged Show, brought to you courtesy of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! What's in the news this week? Who cares! Not I! But the Marvelous One, bitter though he may be over the chosen one of K'un-lun, does lead discussion with Tazer and Ol' Man Whirlyburger Jon-Jon about the first trailer for Freeform's Cloak and Dagger, and about Marvel's return to its original numbering of its titles and Marvel's Legacy title - returning to ways of old! Meanwhile, in reviews, the gang gathers 'round for their first Book of the Week in God-knows-how-long with Secret Empire #0! Meanwhile, in individual reviews, Jon keeps the opening salvo train a-rollin' with Steve Rogers: Captain America #16, Ben realizes the end is nigh with Doctor Strange #19, and Bry-Bry tries (and fails) to plead his case for Nick Fury #1! Then he's dropped like a hot potato! What happens next? Hell if I know! But like and subscribe on iTunes, I guess, and remember the good times that were Fearless on the podcast! And maybe track us down on Facebook. That's all, folks, and screw you guys - I'm going home! But turn up next week when we review Iron Fist, and the week after that for our take on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and maybe Bry-Bry will show up! Who knows? After all, Tazer dropped to part time status a while ago and look at him...

Episode #259: The Episode of Lowered Standards

We're back, people! With Ol' Man Whirlyburger fighting to gain entry into the land of WiFi, it's just Bry-Bry and Tazer being lead by The Marvelous Iggy on a true-to-life Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast episode! We're not just light on compatriots this week - we're light on news! But that doesn't stop Ben, Bryan, and Tazer from digging in to talk about the confirmation of Josh Brolin as Nathan Summers a.k.a. the time-traveling, gun-toting mutant Cable for Deadpool 2! Also, we review the latest teaser trailer for Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi, because they're owned by Disney who also owns Marvel. It counts! Meanwhile, in reviews, we're all about lowering our standards this week: the Marvelous One grapples with Unstoppable Wasp #4 before being leveled by Bryan's useless knowledge of tertiary characters, Tazer just isn't jiving with the street like he normally does in Black Panther and the Crew #1, and Bry-Bry is made to justify his pick (and his contunused existence on this podcast) with Weapon X #1, interiors by Greg Land! Because that's sure not to stir up controvery this time around! (Yeah, right.) Anticipating the return of the Ol' Man Whirlyburger in the interim, don't forget to find us and like our page on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, subscribe to us on iTunes, rate us favorably there and leave a kind word in review, and join is again next week! What are we talking about next week? Shh! It's a secret... ...Hail Hydra...

Episode #258: Bork, Bork, Bork

With a hearty battle cry of “FUCK UNITED,” we’re off and flyin’ to a tremendous start on this latest installment of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! Our marvelous Iggy, glorious and exalted is he (he of poor taste in cover songs), drops the hammer this week on his compatriots: freelance newsboy Bry-Bry, wellspring of hate (who’s surprisingly optimistic this week) Tazer, and Ol’ Man Whirlyburger Jon-Jon (who’s surprisingly spiteful this week) as they discuss: the much-delayed reaction to Unworthy Thor #5; say, just what DID Nick Fury say to Thor that caused the God of Thunder to become unworthy…? Prepare to be disappointed! Also, we talk about the Adrian Syaf / X-Men: Gold #1 debacle, as well as the teaser trailer for that little, under-the-radar flick that is Thor: Ragnarok, surely to be the most subtle film to be released this year. Meanwhile, in reviews, how’s this for tackling controversy head-on: Bry-Bry is up on the chopping block with X-Men: Gold #1! That’ll teach him for bailing the show and turning the show in to President Trump! The Marvelous One himself reviews Royals #1, thinkin’ he’s so much better than everyone else, even if the book he’s reviewing isn’t. Jon-Jon, meanwhile, embraces questionable facial hair with USAvengers #1 and #2!  And don’t you worry about our Iron Fist review special – it’s comin’!  But until then, please don’t forget to find us on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast and like our page, subscribe to us on iTunes and leave a kind word in review, rate us 5 stars, and join us again next week when Tazer reviews porn!  Oh yeah, that’s sure to get some asses in some seats; sex sells, after all…

Episode #257: Who the Fuck is Pulsar?

Who the fuck is THIS GUY…??! …Oh, what’s that…? You’ve come to listen to the latest episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast? Well, you’ve chosen wisely, my friend. Come join the Marvelous Iggy, Bry-Bry, and Tazer as they convene the latest episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast! In the news this week, we have much rage as the Warriors discuss the status of Michael Shannon as the frontrunner for Cable and Zazie Beets (yes, that’s her real name) landing the role of Domino for Deadpool 2, the prospective Venom movie in the works at Sony (Set to NOT be a part of the MCU, because that’s sure to work…), and we grab our Asgardian axes and get to cutting down the first-look photos of Marvel’s Thor: Ragnarok (in name only). After coming down from the blood rage, Iggy gives us a dose of finding our center in Hulk #4, Bry-Bry throws down with Iron Fist #1, and Tazer gets abstract with Ultimates 2 #5! That’s our show for this week, folks! Remember to like us on Facebook at The Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast, subscribe to us on iTunes and leave a kind word in review, and join us again next time when we ask the real questions: …Seriously, who the fuck is Pulsar? Like, legit…

Mighty Warriors Three Special Episode: Logan Review

Gather ‘round, dear listeners, for a rip-roarin’ good time as the Marvelous One, a.k.a. Ben, Bry-Bry, Ol’ Man Whirlyburger Jon-Jon, and the man known only as Tazer are back in the saddle again for one last ride with Hugh Jackman as Logan, the Wolverine, in our special episode review of Logan!  Did Logan go quietly into that good night?  How did X-23 perform against expectations?  What does it sound like when Patrick Stewart excessively curses?  All these questions and more are answered within, as we draw down on the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of Logan.  Tazer & Jon and Bryan & Ben find themselves on opposite sides of the river so much as their opinions are concerned, and there are no mended fences by the end.  So, pull up a chair!  Sit down, squat down, or lay down, but make yourselves at home as we entreat you to hear the final tale of an Ol’ Man called Logan.  But before you go any further, gentle guests, remember to support us by liking us on Facebook, subscribing to us on iTunes and leaving us a kind word in review, and be sure to join us again next time when, unlike Logan, we go back to basics.

Episode #256: More Bang for Your Buck!

We welcome you, dear listeners, to another two-man power-trippin’ edition of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast!  In this mightily marvelous episode with miniscule manpower, the Marvelous Iggy and Bry-Bry rally to discuss all the most noteworthy news this week: the slew of casting for Fox’s as-of-yet-unnamed X-Men TV drama, the proposed character combination of the Hulk and Wolverine teased by Axel Alonso, and we talk about the latest Guardians of the Galaxy trailer wherein Star-Lord’s father has been living with a beautiful, young alien for so long a time… yeah we’d have abandoned Chris Pratt for that, too.  Meanwhile, in reviews, it’s a rapid-fire fest of fearlessly telling you what’s good and what’s utter shite!  Iggy and Bry-Bry play hot potato as they go back-and-forth discussing Hulk #3, Doctor Strange #18, Occupy Avengers #4, Silk #18, Steve Rogers: Captain America #12, and Champions #6!  It’s fewer men on deck, more content than you can shake an enchanted walking stick at!  Join us again, as in the next couple of weeks we’ll be discussing the full casting of the Inhuman Royal Family as well as our special episode dedicated to Logan!  Until then, remember to find us and like us on Facebook, subscribe to us on iTunes as well as rating us favorably and leaving a kind review, and join us again next time for the next marvelous installment!

Episode #255: Arguing about Alex Ross

We find ourselves staring into the abyss and judging artwork like Wilson Fisk on this week’s episode of the Mighty Warriors Three Marvel Podcast.  In the news this week, our leader The Marvelous Iggy who hates Alex Ross leads Bry-Bry and Tazer— the triumphant return worthy of a painting— into the upper echelons of society to judge the latest announcement from Marvel of the seemingly Alex Ross-helmed GENERATIONS event due out in Summer 2017, the rumor that Kerry Washington is the frontrunner for playing Neena a.k.a. Domino in DEADPOOL 2, and Bry-Bry and Tazer get abstract as they discuss the pilot episode of FX’s LEGION.  Meanwhile, the Warriors Three crack open the pages of these illustrated tomes and criticize: Tazer disapproves of the reinterpretation of The Collector, but enjoys the guest stints of other artists, in The Unworthy Thor #4, Bry-Bry thinks Ron Garney is a sham in Daredevil #17, and Iggy praises Frazier Irving’s work in Doctor Strange #17!  As we find this new setting a little drab for our refined tastes and we place to relocate, we advise that you subscribe to us, we tastemakers, on iTunes in order to keep up with everything Marvel-related. We also ask that you give us 5 stars and leave a kind word in review; all the cool kids are doing it.  In the meantime, we leave you to better yourselves through our eyes, and stay marvelous!

Episode #254: The Lonely Hearts Club

We’re all by ourselves tonight, but that’s alright because it’s another stunning episode of the Mighty Warrior Three Marvel Podcast!  We’re two-man power-trippin’ through this episode, Jon-Jon and Tazer are out doing God-knows-what for Valentine’s Day, leaving The Marvelous Iggy, a.k.a. Ben, and Bry-Bry get together around a roaring fire to discuss all the news that we’ve missed over the last couple of weeks: we talk about X-MEN: SUPERNOVA, the alleged next installment of the mainstream X-Men franchise featuring Sophie Turner as a Dark Phoenix-infused Jean Grey!  We do a roll call of Marvel and Hulu’s forthcoming RUNAWAYS cast and characters, featuring James Marsters a.k.a. Spike from the Whedonverse (with a shoutout to our very own Arnold “A-Train” Alfred)!  We also dissect the new, full trailer for Marvel and Netflix’s IRON FIST, and review the sneak peek of day one of shooting for AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, featuring RDJ, Chris Pratt, Tom Holland, and Thor & Rocket Raccoon fighting side-by-side!  As we move on from the foreplay, we get a little bit raunchy with our reviews – impromptu book of the week is All-New Wolverine #17, Iggy talks about viruses in Ms. Marvel #15, and Bryan observes the finer points of seduction at work in Kingpin #1!  Finally, The Marvelous One and Bry-Bry climax by discussing who they’d most like to spend Valentine’s Day with from the Marvel Universe!  That’s our steamy show for this week, lords and ladies, but if you’d like access to our Marvel: After Dark catalogue, well then first you’ve got to press our button – the subscribe  on iTunes!  Don’t forget to rate us favorably, and leave a note of sweet nothings before you steal away into the night, but don’t forget to join us again next week when we get a real group thing goin’ – and it’s exactly what it sounds like. Giggity Giggity, Giggity Goo. Stick around.
